Use Pokemon Bank from the Nintendo eShop, it's free, But you do need internet to transfer.

Nope, instead you can transfer all of Box 1 in a Gen 5 game into one of your Pokébank boxes instantly, no mini-game required.

You can always ask on the GTS for the Pokemon you want. There aren't many GTS trolls (GTrollS) around compared to those in the B/W GTS, and requests are snapped up quickly, so you can request a Pokemon and you'll get it in at least two hours.
Just be careful with Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem - no-one will give those up easily.

I've seen worse.
I was messing around on the GTS in X, looking for silly offers, when I saw someone offering a Magikarp, probably with 0 IVs in every stat, in exchange for a
*bleep*ing ARCEUS!! That is the most unbalanced trade ever.

I made a trade like that once, for a shiny Arceus.
It took around 1 minute for someone to take me up on the offer. Evidently we all love pranks.

I once offered a lvl 7 fennekin (fenniken? fenneken? idfk) and I traded it for a kingdra. someone then gave me a LVL 100 SHINY KINGDRA FOR IT (the kingdra knew draco meteor, dragon dance, ice beam and scald) the fairness is not allowed I guess xD

From GTS in Pokemon Platinum-
I gotten a Tyranitar(shiny) Lv.65 with a just a smidge of Pokerus left! Its now at lv 85 with EV's well in the 300's
its EV upon Level Growth went from +2's and +3's
to +3's and +4's sometimes even higher!
Then that weekend, i had a Treeko that i was raising from Steven i gotten from in SoulSilver, i also had the Tyranitar with that happy smiley face icon to denote that Pokerus has been lifted BUT its EV increase!
So Treecko was in battling bidoof's near Sandgem Town and he fainted, (because i ran out of revives and potions..... go me! i'm a great trainer ain't I?)
So "Nurse Joy" healed my K.O'd Treecko and to my surprise she then said:
"Oh... It looks like your Pokémon may be infected with the Pokérus.
Little is known about the Pokérus, except that it is a microscopic life-form that attaches to Pokémon.
While infected, Pokémon are said to grow exceptionally well."
It has Pokerus and it still does right now! Is this coincidence that Treecko got Pokerus, possibly from Tyranitar(Rocky)

If your Treecko has Pokerus, then consider yourself lucky. Stash it away in the PC box and only take it out when you want to spread Pokerus to other Pokemon, but then stash the Treecko away in the PC box straight afterwards. I had a similar situation but with a Vullaby in Black 2, so I gave Pokerus to my Maractus, which I sent to X. This meant I could spread Pokerus into the Gen VI games but still retain it in Gen V. I now use Maractus to spread Pokerus to other party members.

So, I have Rao, my Nicknamed Female Ninetails
(Rao, is from Okami (PS2/Wii) and is a Priest in Sei-an City. She is killed by "the Dark Lord" Ninetails and then assumes a disguise as Rao and fools Amaterasu in aiding the search for the Fox Rods(which was eaten by the Water Dragon terrorizing Ryoshima Coast and sunk the Goryeo, a cargo ship for the people of Sei-an) and eventually Kills the Queen, Queen Himiko and shows her true form, Ninetails. For more knowledge about Rao or Okami, check it sometime its a great Japanese game!
Or...Google can guide you)
Ninetails---"Rao"
Level: 50
Nature: adamant
Ability: Flash fire
I need some good Moves( ONLY from GEN I to GEN IV---Pokemon Platinum) for "Rao"(Ninetails) That would be diverse for the Battle Frontier (GEN IV)...

And it also seems as though each generation and region has got its signature instrument, and as well as introducing a new region, a new signature instrument is introduced. Here's the signature instruments of all the regions:
Kanto and Johto: 8-bit
Hoenn: Trumpets (you knew this was coming, right?)
Sinnoh: Piano
Unova: Drums
Kalos: Strings

Right now, I'm aiming to get a long streak in the Battle Maison. My previous record was 51, but I've completely smashed that as I continue doing Super Singles. As well as obliterate my personal record, I think I've beaten everyone else, or at least a lot of people, in the SMBX community for the longest Battle Maison streak so far. Using the same team for Doubles but minus Togekiss, I just beat the 100th battle and got a win streak of 100 - and it's still going, even with loads of near misses as a result of hax.
But it only gets harder from there. As my streak's in triple digits now, it's all about making the right move. Make one wrong move, and everyone will know you will lose a streak you took ages to achieve.
