Let's have some fun with the 2.2 editor (which is accessed through Geometry Dash World by backing up your account after publishing then re-downloading a copyable level and cloning it in GDW).

I just got Geometry Dash on my new phone a few days ago...

The only thing I have to do with Geometry Dash anymore is Knobbelboy since I'm good friends with him and I also mod his stream

GG to him on the Bloodlust victory btw, took him what like a year to finally beat that?

2.11 seems to be a boring version. I see hundreds, if not, thousands of generic levels, and i'm sick of it. Why did RobTop rate them in the first place? If he does it like that, then Generic by unknown should be rated too.

And that's why I avoid playing any user made level when I play Geometry Dash! >_>

Back in 2018 I remember I was playing an online level called Warmth (by KFAOpitar) but listening to the radio because the computer had no speakers lol. When I was trying to beat it, the radio station played "The Middle" by Maren Morris and the level was in perfect sync with the song.

Since this topic is somewhat alive, I'll put some stuff that I've done recently. Including Previews, Megacollab parts, Full levels, etc.

Previews:
Duration (Preview 1) Duration (Preview 2)
An effect/art tech themed level.
Flowyrruf
Design/Modern/Cartoon styled level, Furrywolf sequel.
Wxyz
An "X" Inspired level, focusing on simple stuff.
Trippy Tocktail (Temporary name)
Another regular effect level. Supposed to be a filler level but apparently I put actual effort into this level haha

Yes, definitely chaos.

Can't tell the details on this one.
The Endless MC
Howling werewolf part, yes. The level is already out btw.

Full levels:

Filler level I did in 3-4 days. Trying to make almost everything "Blending".

For some reason the Youtube bbcode doesn't work, or it just me don't know how to use it properly.
So yeah, that's the recent stuffs I did in GD. Hope you liked them :)

This is the first time ever I promoted my levels outside the game itself, it's nice to seeing my old promoting posts when I was new in creating. It's somewhat cringe but honestly I had fun making and sharing them here. I wish I could have fun creating again like I used before.

What do you all think of the geometry dash version 2.2. development so far?

Really slow, but it's kinda understandable since the developer is a single person that working in a small mobile game where it has a pretty big community. At least we got some sneak peaks around.
But 5 years is just too much I think.
Not rly sure why did the community felt dissapointed with the "Explorers" sneak peak. I think it looks cool (depsite the vertical mini wave section).

Oh yea 2.2 coming out in October which is cool to see. Apparently it was on 20th December.

Ok so, since the 2.2 update is out months ago, what do you think about the new update? and a good reason to bump this

I personally think that this update is an evolution (definetly not trying to quote viprin), despite some technical bugs and delayed features. There are a lot of banger levels uploaded in this update, both in classic and platformer mode.
Those new creating features are insane aswell, though I had a headache while handling and learning them them haha

I've been enjoying the platformer mode and (sometimes) grinding those moons.
