When I have school, I sleep around 6h, from 12-1AM to 6:30AM - I guess that isn't very healthy but eh.
Otherwise I sleep from 1-2AM to 11-12AM, so around 10h.

I had a dream last night, where I was playing this weird game that was supposed to be in Minecraft but somehow became more like real life over time. At first it appeared to look very similar to TNT run, but then it became some sort of an all-vs-all fight (there were dozens of people). So I just did what everyone else, started fighting some random people. But then I ran into this family, which has been apparently fighters for generations, and they were all together in this fight. There was even like their grand-grandma or something along those lines there alive. They were all women, and apparently muslim. They all had these long robes that some muslim women wear. Anyway, I got in a fight with them (don't remember why though) but we didn't physically hurt eachother, even though that's the point of the game. Idk, next thing I remember is that they were claiming I wanted to steal their silver treasure or something (yes, a SILVER treasure), after which the oldest of them who was alive did this weird strong pinch thing to my side which hurt a lot. I said to her that I didn't want any of their stuff and just wanted to go home. She stopped and whispered to me that I can go. Then I woke up :/

Have you ever imagined that the people except the family was also dreaming? They could have been real people and maybe this was a dream tournament, where if you woke up you lose? But it's just a theory. A DREAM theory. Thanks for reading this text!

Ok, I have 2 insanely weird dreams to tell you about:
So the first one: I woke up to find myself in an apartment building, but in the most crime-filled town in america, which was in Maine for some reason. So I go outside and i see somebody chasing another person with a knife, scared the f*ck out of me. So I'm trying to escape when a gang comes up to me, and shoots me with a revolver six times. Somehow I lived and I managed to escape this horrid town.
The next one I had recently: I see a lake with, believe it or not, a 40 foot tall inflatable dinosaur.. (it wasn't yoshi) you could climb up a ladder that lead to it's mouth, then you could slide down its insanely long tail. And it just stood there, nothing happened.
The end

Ever since graduating high school this past summer my sleep schedule has gone all outta wack. I used to fall asleep 10 or 11pm and wake up around 7-9. Now I'm usually falling asleep past midnight and I wake up anywhere between 6-10am.
I've got college coming up soon and I want to be able to get some consistent sleep. I also have a lot less energy during the day. Anyone have tips to go about fixing this?

Try to get into a consistent routine of going to bed a certain time and waking up no later than a certain time (if you wake up earlier you can either just lie in bed and continue to rest and might even go back to sleep, or if you've had a lazy day the previous day, just get up because you maybe have just had enough rest). Also if you're not getting into a deep sleep make sure that you're not consuming anything with high natural or artificial sugar content, drinking caffeinated beverages, within an hour or more before you want to sleep and not using any electronic devices within 30 minutes to an hour before you want to go to sleep. I'd suggest having not a lot of energy is likely due to not getting into a deep sleep. Also if you do any kind of exercise within a short time of getting up (even just like running up and down a flight of stairs 5-10 times, doing some push-ups, etc.) you'll probably kick start your day and find you have a lot more energy. Make sure you also get out of bed right when your alarm goes off and don't just lie around for a while after even if you think you're well awake. Also check out this chart to make sure you're getting an appropriate amount of sleep for your age:
https://sleepfoundation.org/how-sleep-w ... eally-need.
Personally I always ensure that I get at least 7.5 hours of sleep (since this is the number teens to young adults need for ideal brain function, you'll actually lose critical thinking and problem solving abilities if you drop below that), though I try to get ~9-10 on a daily basis (10:30-6:25 at minimum) which really just depends on when I'm working too (which time I get up)

Usually, i go to bed at 10:00-11:00PM, and wake up at ~7AM (on school days)
Other times i go at 10:30-11:30PM, and wake up at 10AM (on weekends or non-school days)
Usually i don't get to go to sleep immediately though so i'm looking at about 8 hours sleep on school days and 10 on other days.
Is there a maximum amount of time that one should be sleeping for?

It depends on your age, but 8-11 hours should be the target range. Anything more than 11 starts to run into problems with too much sleep just like too little sleep.

I named mine in honor of Bob el -IVo, son of Bob el -IIIo and known for being a king of.. um...
And he's also known winning a battle against the Videoville people (Videoville is a fake town where everybody uses an electronic device and is super fat) in a Fortnite match. Unfortunately he was not without flaws, his banning of doing the floss dance has caused him to be very unpopular among younger generations, and his procrastination on improving his country (Fortnite and Clash of Clans can be very distracting) has led to protests, unfortunately he procrastinated on stopping them and was about to be overthrown, but then the Panic Monster (Ever watch the TED talk "Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator?) came and he stopped it. He died being a hero for conquering the Videoville people, but also a controversial figure with the floss dance ban and procrastination.
Maybe you can find ancient hieroglyphics or paintings of him (even though there are none).
I thought it would be funny to make a fake royal Spanish title for him, and the negative number comes from, um...
Phew!

The Bootlegs on my avatar can explain.

If you find this IRL, you'll shitbrix.
EDIT: I had a strange dream about some one-way variation of SCP-1549 with a paintball variant of E1M1 (the doom '93 one) pre-installed with Flash Doom. (FACT: Flash games affect the layout of SCP-1549-A.)

For some reason, I have sleeping problems until 2 or 3, and wake up at 10. I really need help especially because I have school next month.

Does anyone use those color temperature tools to make your screen produce less blue light? Has it helped at all?

Or you can just avoid screens entirely 30-60+ minutes before sleeping
