He did explain several enemies that do not have functionality in SMBX that should at least be considered.

I will do it.
Please stop harassing the SMBX2 developers about this; they've been clear that they cannot use your help on this.
Im going to start with ring health. And a gui. And ive already started on him too. And the Electric shield. So i am helping.
PixelPest wrote: My avatar does not care and you obviously don't care to to listen even after many other people telling you the same thing. When you don't know how to code and refuse to learn the basics you're not going to be able to make Sonic rn
You've been told countless that you don't have enough skills to do this stuff atm. Also making Sonic without Sonic physics is just totally pointless since his special physics are what makes him fun to play. Also how do you plan to make shields without replacing power-ups? And what do you mean by changing palettes? You're honestly just way too far ahead of yourself
1. You know i have started on lua, right?
2. When i said i wouldnt give him new physics i didnt say im not going to modify the orginal physics.
3. Well Super Sonic.
4. Please stop saying that has been said to me tons of times even outside of discord and the fourms.
Let me be more clear. The SMBX2 developers have specifically declined your offer to help them add official content to the game. Please stop harassing the SMBX2 developers about this or disciplinary action may be taken against you. Thanks.

I haven't played the DKC games so I don't know entirely about this, but it sounds like Matt the slime was trying to say that the functionality of NPCs from DKC already exist in SMBX. Even if the exact NPCs don't exist, they're easily achievable via graphic swaps or simple lua changes, and don't warrant completely new enemies to be added to the SMBX2 basegame.
I understand what he is saying but I could still list several NPC's in the DK universe that function different from any NPC in the Mario world. I actually listed some of them already. It was just an idea since everyone was talking about Sonic.

I know the developers are very busy and I understand they are focusing on the Mario Universe at the moment. I also know I have brought up the DK thing in the past and from my understanding they were going to consider other games at a later date. I just thought since Sonic was getting so much discussion I would bring it up again to see how much interest there is for having Donkey Kong and related stuff since DK would flow much better with the Mario universe than Sonic would. I also am fine with waiting for later updates for DK when the developers are not as busy with Mario. I just think DK would be awesome to be included and has some very unique NPC's not seen in Mario.

Is there a way to test a level in this build or can we?
Cause I can't figure out how to place a starting point on a level to test it.

Find the flag icons P1 or P2 on toolbar, there are toggling placing of player points

You can easily create your own characters in game :)

Sorry for my English!

So, I have a question. Is the infamous Venus Firetrap pipe crash gonna be fixed in B4? I don't see why not.

That's already fixed in Beta 4.

That's a good thing. I avoided that particular one because of that.

Thank goodness, that bug has taken me out on many occasions.

Did you also fix the crash when a 1up hits lava? I seem to remember that happening once or twice.

Has this issue been resolved for Beta 4?

Pretty sure the mushroom hitting lava bug has been fixed long ago.

Aww.. I'm going to ask about it, too. Anyways, how about the crash when you replace scene-32 and above?

In the resource claims sheet there is a flying Yoshi's house bird listed. I honestly do not remember ever seeing this so I thought it was one of the birds on his house but I have no clue. I'm just curious what exactly is this and what importance does it have to the Mario games?

Never mind. I missed the part above it that says "Yoshi's house bird". I am assuming it's the little birds on his house so I answered my own question.

I noticed some great Mario NPC's that have not been claimed yet. Just wondering if anyone has plans to do these NPC's?

Amazing Flyin Hammer Brother: Sits on several blocks and throws hammers while flying.
Urchin: Swims through the water either up and down or side to side but having the option for it to travel on set paths would be awesome to.
Beezo: In SMB2 and flies towards you when you spot him.
Flurry: Chases you and is usually in snow/ice levels because he is white. Also from SMB2.
Fishin Boo: SMW. Like Lakitu but it is a ghost themed Lakitu.
Fishin Lakitu: Holds a 1up and after you collect it he throws spinies at you. Not much need for him but would still be cool to have.
Porcupuffer: SMW. Giant Porcospiked fish that chases Mario around in the water.
Boomerang Bro: I don't remember seeing this one in the resource sheet. Throws Boomerangs.
Ice Bro: Shoots ice balls. I don't remember seeing him.

These are from later games but would still be useful in the game.

Aqua and Wall Lakitus: Found in Yoshi's Island they hide on wall's, in holes or under water and throw spinies at Mario. They don't ride in clouds.
Bouncing Bullet Bills: Also from YI these are yellow and bounce off of walls and anything they hit. Would be pretty cool to have.
Chomp Shark: YI. Very big Chomp that chases you and eats anything in it's path.
Bone Piranha Plant: I forget the game but they look cool and are hard to kill.
Frost Piranha Plant: These were in Paper Mario and are a bit bigger and blue. They shoot icy blasts of air that can freeze Mario. Some versions shoot ice balls.
Big Dry Bones: From NSMB and would be cool to have in "Giant" worlds with castles. Dry Bones but much bigger.
Mega Wiggler: A very big Wriggler said to be indestructible. Would be cool have for big NPC levels or cool levels like the ones in Mario Maker.

I don't mean to be annoying as I bring up the enemies a lot but I am hoping we can get almost every enemy from the original Mario games included and just wanted to remind everyone these guys would be nice to have.
