I feel like both options are equally likely as it's possible that Ragont was killed before he could send a potential kill in (and the rest of the Mafia seems inactive as far as I can tell).

How exactly can you tell if the Mafia is inactive? Unless you're mafia yourself, there's literally no way to know. Someone has died each night, so it's not like they're sitting around doing nothing.

...The body hunter killed an innocent in night 2, so, since when he kills an innocent, he can't use his ability for one night, this means he couldn't use his ability this night. This also means that the mafia killed ragont and ragont was the miller.

Have you taken time to consider that there are at least 2 people who haven't contributed to the game at all? Everyone who's doing anything is doing nothing because there's simply no evidence. There's nothing suspicious about stating a fact, and that fact is that the Mafia either is inactive or they're pretending to be inactive.3

I'll tell you all this, too: I was Mafia pre-reroll. The probability of getting Mafia twice in a row is incredibly low.

Inactivity is mostly irrelevant. Your obliviousness to the fact that Ragont wasn't mafia and insistence that the Mafia was in-active makes you infinitely more suspicious than someone who was simply inactive. (And khon has posted throughout this thread so...)
