If you knew that already and were posting that as a joke, I'm here to tell you that it isn't funny (I know because I briefly thought about doing the same thing).
We have no themes for this, just try to curb the difficulty to the world you want it in, if you want to make a beach level that's fine, but it doesen't have to be in the sandbox.
Anyone care to summarize all important info in the 24 page entirety of this topic into a "For Noobs" note collaboration? I have too hectic of a IRL life to do so, and I hate haveing to rexplain this stuff to people just joining, It'd be nice to be able to just have conversations go:
"Person: Hey I Wanna join!
Me: Kool, Make sure to read "For Noobs" it has all our important info
Person: K, ill do dat!"
See? Simple!
But not for the poor guy who has to write that thing...

My Idea for it was march 30th.
Because Tangledlion is currently AWOL and because none of the other judges seem too interested in this project, I took it upon myself to enforce the second rule in this quote. Because the deadline to make whatever level you want has passed, you are only allowed to make levels that we still need, so take careful note of which slots remain. The levels you are still allowed to make are listed here:

Btw, How would a Locked Topic Level work? Is it like a Secert Level in a given world ?
1) Anyone can "donate" any level (except for post-game levels); I'm not sure if everyone realized that or not.

But there is a process and Rules for Submitting levels, Make sure you Don't Get Refused!
That reminds me, I forgot about the "Secret exit to warp zone" levels. I'll have to update my list. Done.
Also, due to Tangledlion's absence, send levels to me for the time being.
Agaaain, the worlds will have an aesthetic theme, but the levels won't always fit with the theme. But trust me when I say that there will be some ice levels.
Welcome to The SMBXVille Revival/Purge! I have Opened up most of the character slots to the public and opened two new judge slots in order to drum up interest for this project!
If you are interested in Being a Judge PLEASE APPLY As we Desperately need two more, Please note however your duties will include playing every level submitted and giving a quality control yes or no on it.
