Well wouldn't you look at that! Two screenshots in one, and we get to see what the bottom screen looks like, along with an exclusive targeting system, via tapping that character's icon.Sakurai Says:
Pic of the day. Here's a first look at the bottom-screen display for the Nintendo 3DS. Your name will appear in the area above the accumulated damage. And if you tap one of the fighter displays…!
…You can highlight that fighter on your screen. This is useful when you want to get back at a particular opponent. You can also highlight yourself if you need to keep better track of where you are. This is a great benefit to having your own individual screen.
Sakurai stated that this stage will be in the demo at E3, so if you're going take a look.Sakurai wrote:Pic of the day. Here's a new Wii U stage, Mushroom Kingdom U! It brings to life the worlds of New Super Mario Bros. U.
I would have honestly perfered a Super Mario 3d World stage instead.Yoshibrothers wrote:This week starts off strong with the introduction of a new WiiU stage.Sakurai stated that this stage will be in the demo at E3, so if you're going take a look.Sakurai wrote:Pic of the day. If they make a stage for NSMBU they'll probably make one for 3DW and MK8Murphmario wrote:I would have honestly perfered a Super Mario 3d World stage instead.Yoshibrothers wrote:This week starts off strong with the introduction of a new WiiU stage.Sakurai stated that this stage will be in the demo at E3, so if you're going take a look.Sakurai wrote:Pic of the day. Seems like they continue what they started in Brawl and include a lot of non-Nintendo characters in the new one, also Pong seems to be an Assist Trophy, so another non-Nintendo "character" thereNamyrr wrote:Pac-Man.... in Super Smash Bros?
I'm not completely sure how that decision was made or why.
Well, Namco Bandai, owners of Pac-Man, has been part of the development team since the very start. He was actually a fairly commonly predicted character before this.Namyrr wrote:Pac-Man.... in Super Smash Bros?

I don't think that's right, there's like 5 characters in Brawl that use guns, 6 if you include Kirby, and everyone if you include the Ray Gun item.Firespike33 wrote:I know it's unlikely to happen because he was only in one game, but it would be awesome if Geno was in this.
