I'm using an ACER computer, Window 10, and I have a Microsoft basic video card.

That's not true actually. WinRAR's support for 7z is shaky at best, and occasionally can corrupt files, or report perfectly legitimate files as corrupt.FieryTechno wrote: 3. It DOESNT make a difference. 7zip is t he same thing as winrar essentially.
Did you try? Try what is suggested if you can before questioning it, as it sounds like you did not try.FieryTechno wrote:1. Why would that make a difference?glitch4 wrote:install 7zipFieryTechno wrote:I have an error where it says: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. Plz help!

By any chance, did you install vcredist first? (Judging from the message, this is the first time you are trying to use 2.0).Warlock wrote:Erm. Hey. It's been a while.
So I'm having a problem with 2.0. I'll try and play an episode and the game crashes on the loading screen. Literally just freezes. I literally can't do shit with it.
Anybody able to help me with this problem?
I actually did try. -_-King of Eterity wrote:Did you try? Try what is suggested if you can before questioning it, as it sounds like you did not try.FieryTechno wrote:1. Why would that make a difference?glitch4 wrote:

I suggest redownloading and trying 7Zip straight away, rather than going to WinRAR first.Hoeloe wrote:WinRAR occasionally can corrupt files.
Well this is still beta, so we expect bugs with the new features. Good job finding them.Dr Vivian wrote:Encountered a few weird little glitches and such, mostly related to the new characters:
Small Wario got a mushroom just before touching the ground and got big inside the ground and did the ol' slide quickly backwards when you don't fit thing...I think he got big from the top of the sprite instead of the bottom?
Bowser can pick up grass containers, but only sometimes and it's really hard to do.
If Snake punches a raccoon leaf out of a grass container, it flies rapidly in that direction, defeating enemies or bouncing off of walls. It's kind of hilarious actually.
Bowser can't ride the Koopa Clown Copter. If he tries, it disappears! This is especially troubling because it's HIS!
It's not consistent, but sometimes when playing as Snake I get an error message then keep playing and he's basically Link that looks like Snake. I have no idea what causes it and I haven't seen it in a while.
Some of these are probably known, but just in case...
The computer said that it was a Microsoft video card.Horikawa Otane wrote:Microsoft doesn't make video cards. It sounds to me like you haven't installed your computer graphics drivers yet. Nah, .lvlx is a strictly PGE format, made for the PGE engine, that supports features that aren't in SMBX. It's unlikely that they'll ever be supported by SMBX 2.0 as long as it still uses the SMBX 1.3 engine as its base.Creepermon wrote:Do .lvlx files work in SMBX 2.0 beta 3? I see it works fine when I use Test a save file in PGE but in the lunalua tester none of the new functions work and if I launch it as an episode the level is just a black room with the player in the corner flickering. How are you intended to play the episode in-game without this happening?
