Can you tell me the problems the alliance has, when it consists of all blues?

If the Vigilante is going to kill tonight, and if the Mafia is going to kill tonight (which I would think they would every night so the probability of them not going to attempt a kill is thrown out the window to be honest), that means that if there is a third kill, the Serial Killer is still alive somehow, and Bloodedge is the Millwright.

Also I have a slight feeling that this whole alliance thing, while it can benefit the town, it might turn into an inside job. I wouldn't take this for granted, I just have the strangest feeling that we're being played at.
Let's wait for the day and see if the vigi attacked someone (ZM can confirm it with us). Then we can decide if the SK is alive or not (they could still just not kill anyone to lure us into a false sense of security), but either way on the whole I think it's more likely that Bloodedge was the SK.

As for the alliance, stuff like it is common outside of this forum, as just an example from a game Joey and I played in, refer to this. We have this weird vendetta against blues claiming here, which is understandable if there are only 2/3, but in a game like this with 6 specials, it really just depends on what they are. In this case, there's the doublevoter, a role that's only really important way late in the game when 2 votes is more than halfway to an insta. Having the doublevoter get the other blues in contact will save the town the hassle of having no clues at all.

Be careful 8bit. What you have just said has made you 100% guaranteed Mafia because you had a an opinion that opposed the alliance.
Can you maybe knock off the sarcasm a little bit, that would be great and people would take you a lot more seriously.

I'm not opposing it, I actually support it because it can benefit the town, and so far it has collaborated all of the blues together. My only concern is, and what I have to raise my eyebrows at, is that Zeldamaster could actually not be the Doublevoter, and while it has been stated before that if there were oppositions to him claiming to be the Doublevoter then such-and-such would happen.

I'm not trying to start anything but I just want you all to think about it for a while. Nickname, the supposed Sheriff, roleclaimed to Zeldamaster, the supposed Doublevoter. The Sheriff was supposed to inspect the Doublevoter to prove that he was in fact a blue and wasn't lying, except the Sheriff died at the time that he was to inspect the Doublevoter. I'm not sure why nobody caught that immediately, it still seems kind of strange how that happened. It could be a coincidence and it could be a ploy to set us up, but I still think that's something that should be taken a little bit into consideration.

Though I suppose since at this time there hasn't been a Doublevoter counterclaim (either an inactive player or somebody trying to keep low), we can trust Zeldamaster as being the Doublevoter. I'd still be cautious though, since he apparently knows every single blue, that could be worked against us.

Joey specifically told the Sheriff not to inspect ZM as there were no counterclaims, in turn confirming ZM. Wasting an inspection on a confirmed town member seems almost idiotic.

(He said he didn't know the doctor btw)

So several other Mafia players here can be sarcastic but I can't (*cough*qig*cough*)? Thanks a lot.

Besides, I'm rolling with the alliance thing now...I guess. It hasn't really doomed us yet, so...yea...
Some of the more controversial stuff I've said so far was partially an act of me blowing off steam after Joey's snarky comment- I mean...uh...family issues. Yea, let's go with that.

qig got banned for calling Joey the exact same thing you called him.

I thought he was going to inspect Zeldamaster.

I think maybe the Doctor would roleclaim to him anyway though, since every other blue has supposedly done so, it would only make sense to have all of the blues collaborating.

There's a difference between being sarcastic to annoy people and being sarcastic just to be a smartass.

So is that? I guess?

Sorry.

RE: Zeldamaster isn't the doublevoter - He is. The structure of all the claims that have happened in this game point to it.

RE: The alliance is a conspiracy - It isn't. Zeldamaster did what he should've done, which is gather the identities of the other specials and form a group of confirmed humans via claiming/counterclaiming. It's good that we got it mostly out of the way before people died, so we could be more sure that players were who they said they were. The only reason the alliance would fall apart at this point is if Zeldamaster wasn't the doublevoter - but we confirmed that he is.

PaperPlayerX wrote:Also, your constant demanding of people to do things for you (constantly asking us to make suspicion lists and what not) is a major contrast to how most of the players of this game and ALL the previous games have played...for the most part.
What? I'm not demanding that people do those things for me. I'm suggesting that people do those things to further the development of the game.

And you're saying that as if it being a major contrast is automatically a bad thing. It's actually the opposite - it's a major contrast from the inexperienced gameplay that's been going on since the beginning (which is expected given the short amount of time Mafia has existed here). Just because it's been played a certain way in previous games doesn't mean that's the right way. In this case, that's actually the wrong way.

Shouldn't the Night phase be over now?

No, it's over at 8 PM tomorrow (or probably earlier since ability PMs have been coming in quickly) since the last phase ended early.

Just wanted to apologize for being a huge dick yesterday, I don't know what came over me. I'm apologizing in this thread because I was mostly a jerk in this thread (mostly).

But back on topic, this phase should definitely end early, I don't know what we're supposed to be waiting for right now.

Can the phase end early again? Nothing's happening anymore, and you said you got most of the role PMs right?

Actually, I have all of them now so it's over either way.

NIGHT 2 has ended!

Karl Marx was reading his latest draft of his communist manifesto when he was attacked from behind with a knife.
Karl Marx has died!

Mivixion was taking a late night walk in the park when a masked assassin shot him in the stomach.
Mivixion has died!

It is now DAY 2! Day 2 will end at 11:00 AM PST, February 16, or earlier if an insta-lynch takes place.

This is a different time that usual. Please take note of this. I don't want the phase to last too long, you know.

You wrote that it was Day 1.

It's Day 2.

Just saying.

Being defensive because I was provoked isn't suspicious. Having my own opinion doesn't make me suspicious. By this logic, 8bit should be lynched too because he had a sliver of doubt in the alliance.
I'm currently voting for nobody until we have further (actual) evidence.

Your actions were not ethical for a townsperson at all.

You flamed like hell, tried to get the alliance broken up when all the blues in the group were already confirmed, and you looked suspicious when Mivixion as interrogating you.
