I'm pretty sure the role was given to another Townie who was already playing. And even then, Layla didn't do subs.

There's actually a 50/50 chance Nien is the Miller.

The disguiser is probably still alive.
Want to know how I know THAT? We have three dead reds. 2 of them MUST be Mafia. The disguiser wouldn't take on the color of someone who's red, that'd be just stupid. Therefore, none of them were the disguiser. And I'm fairly certain that neither qig nor Bomber is the disguiser.
