Looks like the webchat wasn't working properly, so I fixed that (thanks for the note!). What errors are you getting when trying to connect with HexChat?

That's him, but the rank is most likely just regular Link.
Why do you think that?
Why shouldn't I think that? It could actually be any kind of Link tbh.
Because it wouldn't follow the previous pattern

Highest rank so far with the highest post is Toad (blue fire Toad with a podoboo shoe) if any of you are wondering.

Merged with the Site Discussion thread, please post questions regarding the site itself here.

Then why not just remove it entirely.
Also, what about medals?

We've already talked about medals. Our current software doesn't support mods, which is what our medal system was, and from what we know, there isn't a medals extension.

How about this?

Joey already replied to that. It's not the mod and requires a lot of modification in order to be usable.

Darn. Hope we'll see medals someday.

This is a pretty minor one, but I had a look at the project forum rules and I noticed that there are still references to the now dissolved Level Judges group. Can someone remove them because it might mislead new users?

I actually did some searching, and it turns out that Valtteri is still in the Level Judges group? I'm surprised that group still exists, and that he's still in there.

Speaking of outdated stickies, these 2 are still in effect but got archived for some reason.

I brought the second one up right at the start of the topic. Apparently they're going to look into enforcing the rule, but yet again, nothing has been done about it. There seems to be this really bad habit of archiving important announcements just because they have stayed up for a very long time and they'll think we'd have got the message by now, yet the archives are only for stuff that is not relevant anymore or should be preserved, like old contests and funny joke topics like the infamous templets. Even after archiving, new users will come in and post their own levels/request graphics unaware of these rules, and in these cases it's really unfair for new users to be punished for breaking rules they didn't even know about just because it's right at the bottom of the archives and they wouldn't even expect to look in there, especially when the forum description explicitly states it's for topics that aren't relevant.
To be honest, what they need to do is bring back said two announcements, but only have them as announcements to their specific forums, rather than be global across the entire board.

It does seem like the admins don't realize that while old users get the message from these announcements, new users don't join automatically knowing these rules.

Especially the sendspace topic should be moved out of the archives and into the general forum. That information is essential for new users who seek to post a level, Episode or other content.

Tbh, it should really be moved into the levels, episodes and projects forums, because a user could go straight into sharing a level without knowing about the rule, only because it was announced on the wrong forum.

I think it would be more simple if they just put the stuff in these posts in the graphics and levels/episodes/project forum rules.
