Sounds like Wrath of Cortex music.

In all aquatic stages were used music of game: Crash The Wrath of Cortex.

But in stage 3-3: Water cave, the music used is of Sonic CD: Tidal Tempest (Present) JP.

It is because the levels design reminds me of SMSE especially the caves levels
