Sounds like Wrath of Cortex music.
In all aquatic stages were used music of game: Crash The Wrath of Cortex.
But in stage 3-3: Water cave, the music used is of Sonic CD: Tidal Tempest (Present) JP.

Hmmm I should play this....but wait,dont I have to play the first one (The New World 1) to understand the story then play this one?
If so,any download/thread link to The New World 1?
Even if its bad?
