Well, looking at his profile he got deactivated which works the same like being banned.

3: Couldn't you just change your birthday to say you're 18 and see it no matter what your age is?

Some of the admins/mods are under 18 themselves, so even they wouldn't really be legally allowed to use it (correct me if I'm wrong).

That is correct, I'm 17 years old for example.

I'm 16, and I'm pretty sure GhostHawk and TNT are 17.

I'm probably the geezer of this site (21) and I think this idea is stupid and unnecessary.

Thanks for giving me a good laugh tonight. Now then, I'm just going to go out there and say that everything the original poster said was just bs all over the board. Alcohol, guns, and sex are referenced everywhere, not to mention that various members here have probably either used, saw, or done said things before. I know of an internet forum that had an 18+ section. No explicit content such as porn or that, but discussion of just about anything.
Works out pretty well when it doesn't look like a dodgy sub-reddit.
