Pretty sure Deoxys wasn't going for the "it's the staffs fault"

I didn't say that.

Deoxys said that the thread should be an announcement so that people see it - ILove69 proceeded to ask where it was even though the first post of this thread said it was in the Sandbox forum. This is not the fault of the Introductions thread not being an announcement, it's a fault of the user for not reading the first post of this thread. That's what I meant by "it's not our fault" - really just "it's not the fault of the thread not being an announcement".

Tbh i think about 90% won't read it also. You can see that already coming bc the same thing happens on the other sections

Once this thread is locked, I don't think there will be any problem.

Pretty much this. How many project threads have we seen by new users with no screenshots?

That's the fault of the users for not reading the forum rules.

That isn't really true. first thing i did before registering was I read the rules back and through, three times the charm.

just a suggestion, let's make it harder for people to register without reading the rules well. like, make a short quiz when joining.

That was a waste of a post.

The rules are self-explanatory and descriptive. They don't need revised, and I don't see why we should make the registration process more complicated than it should be.

Plus, I don't think that's even possible in phpBB.

Yes it is true. I can tell 99% of everyone who joins here doesn't read them example: Project&Episode Thread Rules.

I was actually talking about the rules of the Projects forum rather than the actual Forum Rules.

What i think is, if you are friendly to other people, be respective, and don't post pornogarphy or self-info an self-pics, then you should be just fine not breaking the rules. the rules.

my posting habits are fine thank you, just saying that if you at least don't post anything stupid, and be respectful to each other then you should be hard to break the rules

No, they aren't. Please improve them.

Yes, those are good things to do, but that isn't specific to the introductions thread.

So when you and other people go off-topic, I cannot join-in? - That's nice to know...
