Assuming that Battlefield and Miiverse are the same size, I'd think that Miiverse should replace Battlefield altogether, since Battlefield has a very slightly janky and asymmetrical bottom.

Miiverse will be legal if it comes in with the update. Replacing Battlefield in favor of it isn't necessary.

OK, but it should be struck at the same time as Battlefield similar to Final Destination and the Omega mode stages in my opinion since they're so similar.

Fair Enough.

Not all Omega Stages are the same however.

That may be, but every tournament I've seen counts Final Destination and the Omega Stages as under the same stage format. With that being said, it will be no different here.

Glad to see you're doing this again! I signed up and I can't wait to play. Do we have a time for this tourney on Saturday yet? I'll try my best to make it.

I'm not entirely sure if I can join, but is there a specific date to when the singups are over?

Signups will be over the hour before the tournament starts. The bracket will be locked by then and seed shuffling will begin.
The tournament will begin at 12PM PDT(3PM EST). Check your timezones if yours is different from these.

I just made a Challonge account, so that's a thing now I guess lol

They might be still be different though, we're not sure yet. There could be different blast zones, different ceilings etc. The main platform being so small is already a big factor.

I would like to announce that I now have this Sunday free! No smash tournament will actually take place on this day, but perhaps we can have a Smash Practice. What is a Smash Practice, you ask? Its pretty much what it sounds like: I'm looking to fight, not just for practice, but for fun as well(i.e. I'll be bored and looking to play with friends)! Hey, does anyone know if you'll be able to share replays in the next SSBU update? I had this idea for a Youtube channel made specifically for the SMBX community which is pretty much just an archive of replays and stuff from whenever we all get together to play games, and I feel like getting every replay from this tourney and recording them for that channel. Sound like a plan?

It will have the same share system as the 3DS. So basically exchanging replays from a Wii U to an another. So unless you happen to have a capture card to record all that it won't work. Damn you Nintendo.

Sharing replays will be possible once the update releases.

There's unused text in the game that implies a feature which would let you upload replays to YouTube similar to how Mario Kart 8 does it would be possible. Maybe this'll be released in the update too?

Oh, right. So a few nights ago I had to remove the name I had set for from the list because you made an account and added yourself. I must have removed your account on accident rather than remove the name I set for you prior. Sorry, it was kind of late. ^_^;
I sent an invitation to you so we can fix this, so all you have to do is accept it.

So as previously discussed, the new Smash update includes Share mode; one of it's features include sharing replay data. I encourage that at least one person per every separate match saves their replay data after their said matches. Remember that this coming Sunday.
