I mean, generally, you should work on something to get better at it, you can't expect a flood of feedback and criticisms right when you post a new episode, you might have to wait a few weeks to a few months before something picks up.

You should also not name it Cloud's Forum Adventures because that sort of centers it around your forum and if nobody has any interest in that then they might not click to read. You also want something that drags the reader in and doesn't rush to get to things. It might be best to not base the characters on users from your forum, because that suffers the same fate as TAoK.

Also, the Kirby character designs aren't something I'd personally go with unless you're creating specifically a Kirby fan-webcomic. To be fair, I don't see too much of a Kirby fanfic going on here. Your characters also appear to lack some sort of emotion, and a couple of parts didn't quite make sense at all to me, not even remotely. Everything just seems to be all over the place.

Ending it is your decision, but just know that ending it because you haven't received your quota of feedback or criticism is a really dumb reason to end it.

I've thought about renaming the series before, however I really can't imagine it as anything else but CFA. This is further plagued by the fact that I really can't think of a suitable name for it. As for forum users, it's way too late for that. Like I said, the comic's been in development for two years and I don't think I'll be changing that anytime soon.

Did you say suffer the same fate as TAOK? You mean get like 1,000 episodes and over 20,000 views? I'd metaphorically, not literally, kill for that kind of attention.

The kirby designs are...well, the reason for them is interesting. I wanted to create a uniform design for every character akin to TAOK, and I eventually came up with kirbies. It was supposed to be connected to the kirby world (as shown in the original series with 0 appearing) but as of this series, I found it to be too limiting - as in, I couldn't have as much creative freedom. It also made the plot overly complicated, as there was a time when Earth was supposed to turn into Shiver Star and connect with Kirby 64, but it just got a bit too complicated.

If there was anything that didn't make sense to you, it's probably because it's technically a dream that's happening. But if there are parts you don't understand, I'll tell you what's going on if you tell me the parts in question and then if you want, I can make changes to the episode to make things clearer.

Look Cloud. True people aren't interested in it at the moment, but as Danny said. Let it play out and wait for people to start liking it. I do like the idea you're trying to connect this to the Kirby series, which would make sense. I hope you do change your mind, but that's up to you.

Updated with Chapter 17. This marks the first time another comic series has been referenced in CFA. SMBX City is appearing VERY SOON (like, 5 chapters from now soon) and if you want to appear in it, PM me. I'm accepting a ton of different characters, because there is one scene with a crowd of people in the middle of SMBX CIty. If nothing else, you'll at least be in that crowd and have a design for the future.

Knux will be a recurring character from here on out.

Not gonna lie, looking at that AOK picture on the wall tugged my heart strings a little.

Hey there guys, I fixed up the OP a bit. No new episode at the time of writing but there may be one tomorrow...and that episode will end the prologue. Yes, the story is just beginning...anyway, until next chapter. (Also, I'm posting this on NSMBX and Knuxforums now in case anyone wants to know)

Updated with Chapters 19, 20, and 21.

Please note, I am soon replacing EVERY EPISODE on here with versions that have no text box gradients. This will make them easier to read. It takes a long time just to change the text box colors for all the episodes, so please be patient.

Did you know that white text with black outlines and black text with white outlines are readable in front of every background colour? (If you have all text on its own layer you can download a plugin for paint.net called "Outline Object" which lets you make an outline to anything on the layer.)

Updated with Chapter 22. Subscribers will still get their episodes early starting next week (there'll be another one hopefully).

Time is running out now, friends. In August, I'll be working a new job and school, meaning I'll have no time for CFA. I have the rest of the summer to finish this. Comments are also appreciated and actually help motivation even if I don't reply to them!

This comic's pretty neat, actually. Looks like you put a lot of effort into it too, because it really shows. Keep it up, I'd love to see more.

Your comments are appreciated. I have updated the OP with a new logo, new descriptions, and a new version of each comic. These versions get rid of the gradients in text boxes, which makes them much easier to read. Enjoy!
