I don't think it's against the rules to inform that the link is broken. The Uploade can see this and reupload it or not.(i think i just backseat moderate now)..

The download was removed or deleted so that is probably why. I believe I have v1.2 somewhere, so if I find it I'll re-upload it for everyone.
