That thumbnail is basically what I was thinking when I first saw those pits D:glitch4 wrote:Spoiler: show
What did you expect? To be able to jump out of there? Survival of the fittest, man.SilverDeoxys563 wrote:That thumbnail is basically what I was thinking when I first saw those pits D:
p. accurate lol, yet somehow I still find it fun but maybe that's because I like playing extremely hard stuff in the editor lolVillager103 wrote:CHEAP DEATHS. CHEAP DEATHS EVERYWHERE.

Wait what? Which level? LolVillager103 wrote:Cheap Death 1: Fast Moving Platforms
ONCE. And I never died to an invisible block again somehow. Maybe; I could have died in Extra-4 discovering a secret Leaf powerup which comes in handy.Villager103 wrote:Cheap Death 2: Invisible Blocks
yeah cheep cheeps suck lolVillager103 wrote:Cheap Death 3: Triple Cheep Cheeps
IIRC, wasn't that the name of the level so as to give you a hint of the level's gimmick? roflVillager103 wrote:Cheap Death 4: Falling Bricks
they just keep coming don't they.Villager103 wrote:Okay, now there are more bad things too!
Honestly I noticed this to be a huge issue too. Some more powerups every now and then more often would definitely be considerate of future players.Villager103 wrote:You have the same power-up distribution as SMB1, but you have longer levels! That does not work!
See first remarks about those above I guess.Villager103 wrote:The difficulty is out of whack too. See for example: World 1-4. This level has some falling bricks, but they fall so abruptly, that they kill or hurt you in the middle of your jump! You have to edge your way through the level due to this!
Yeahhhh ice levels suck but you get used to SMBX's ice physics after a while, and then you realize in ice levels you should never over-commit a jump without a clear path.Villager103 wrote:And the snow levels too. EVERY BLOCK IS SLIPPERY! You have to build up momentum to make jumps, and it's impossible to do so when you have all of these enemies flying at you!
THIS LAST SENTENCE IS BASICALLY SO ACCURATE Y'KNOW GUYSVillager103 wrote:Okay, done with my mini-rant, bye.
Problem - start is missing (only black screen). When I exit, it show error "File already open"Pseudo-dino wrote:^
How so? What specific kind of problem are you running into? If you have a technical issue with an episode it's really helpful if you specify exactly what your issue is. Like, how far can you get until you get a run-time error? Assuming that's the problem of course.
If you want to bump a topic, at least have something constructive to say.SuperMarioUltra wrote:Cool!
