I agree with what has been written before: while there aren't any major problems with the level, the design is very basic and boring. Half of the time the player spends in the level is hitting coin boxes, and the other half is spent avoiding the stock Goombas and Koopas. Although there is one Volcano Lotus in the level (the only hazardous NPC that isn't a Goomba or Koopa), it's placed in such a way that it doesn't add anything to the level; it's just kinda there. While the block placement does have some nice variation, there are plenty of bottomless pits that the player has no chance of falling into (aside from jumping in intentionally) with this being the best example:
What's even the point of making something like this when there's clearly no use for it?

There's also no midpoint, but the level is short enough that it doesn't need one; however, the level will certainly feel long if you try to get all of the coins. Oh, there were also orange spiked blocks that, despite being lava sprite-swaps when they should be Jelectro sprite-swaps (block-598), also seemed to be placed out of the player's way, serving as much purpose as the Volcano Lotus.
Summary:
GOOD:
-Graphics aren't terrible.
-Music fits the level okay.
BAD:
-Level design is very basic.
-Most hazards are Goombas and Koopas (use a wider variety of NPCs).
-The other hazards basically serve no purpose.
-Pointless pits.
-Coins-to-level-length ratio is too wide; half the level is collecting coins.
-Coins aside, the level is quite short.
In conclusion: Although your level-making skills are getting better, this level is quite boring. I'd say this deserves a 4.5/10.
