Like, I have yet to get Ocarina of Time from the E-Shop and I want to get it from the e-Shop, but what I want to know is that if Club Nintendo = e-Shop/Virtual Console, should I even bother buying points if they're just going to be gone soon?

Ohhhhhhh. Absolutely not. Club Nintendo and the E-Shop are not the same thing. You can still buy anything from the WiiU/Wii E-Shop as you please.

Even if you did have CN in Finland, the Flipnote Studio 3D deal is for Canada / USA members only.
