Why is everyone using alliteration in level names?

I use alliteration when I can think of something. Otherwise, I just go for whatever sounds best. I'm not gonna strain myself to think of a convoluted name when something like 'Hilltop Fortress' covers the location well enough.

I use alliteration to make fun of levels that use it too much, like a LONG time ago I made a level called "stupid stinky slide"
