Are y'all talking about the original, or the remake with Tom Hanks?

In my family, Emil of Lönneberga (german: Michel aus Lönneberga) is obligatory to watch at christmas and easter days since like forever, though it's starting to get boring for me. Luckily, there's also Loriot and Die Feuerzangenbowle

Sorry for bumping such an old topic, but I wanted to make a new topic about Christmas traditions since Christmas is just around the corner, but according to the Sandbox rules, I'm supposed to check if there is a topic that already exists on a specific thing, so here we are...

One of the Christmas traditions we do is that we re-enact the nativity as a family on Christmas Eve (I imagine this would be fairly typical). We also are given Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve to go to bed in. On Christmas day after we open our presents in the morning we usually spend the whole day relaxing, reading books we got, etc. But we don't usually have a big Christmas dinner, in fact we don't usually have any dinner at all. We just put out some snacks for people to eat if they get hungry throughout the day.
