A lot of the really good designers didn't submit their levels, which gives the lesser-known designers a chance.

Anyways, this is pretty much the joke level tier. Serious levels that will actually appear in TOB8 should start in Tier 2 if I'm guessing Valtteri's plans right.

But Valtteri. How can you disqualify someone if they did oblige by the rules? I mean, I know your an admin and all, but you can't just chuck in a rule or disqualify someone for following the rules.
