NSMBX was the sister forum of Knux's forum, and is the ultimate building block that led to the sequence of events resulting in the creation of this SMBX forum. Wars raged between NSMBX and Knux's mainly because Knux perceived NSMBX a carbon copy of his forum, and hated it because of this, attacking NSMBX over and over again under aliases such as Dry Bones and Super Mario. I don't really know what happened at this point, but NSMBX merged with SMBX Empire and formed SMBX Revived, with Raster (Pixy) as the new community leader. This forum died as well, and I don't know why, and it resulted in the creation of this forum. However, Knux's forum was still standing in the state it was in when he created it. Now the next bit goes into this stuff about Knux taking revenge and deleting this forum but I won't go into it. Knux was upset at how his forum ended up losing activity, so he made it a Doctor Who forum, but it only made it more inactive. After converting it back to SMBX it saw an increase in traffic again until someone disguised as Knux finally deleted and disabled the forum for good.
If you're talking about the editor, then that's
SMB:R. That was supposed to be a successor to SMBX but it got cancelled because it was difficult to work on and people were pestering the staff about when it would be released.
Totally understand. I thought that SMB:R was the level editor for NSMBX.

I thought so too.

I have posted a new video. It includes a look at the remade Fire Flower and the return of the SMG Ice Flower.

I liked the powerup graphics, but I have criticisms of those:
1. The fireballs didnt act like fireballs. You could fix this with lunadll.
2. The player didnt change when they got the flower, you bounced instead of skating, and you get points. I know you can fix "score=0" with whatever Goomba you used. (I can tell those were enemies)
Props for not actually having some of the crystals be powerups and some not though. I was worried that was the case.
EDIT: I still don't have a fix for the player being orange but you could attach a sprite to the HUD of an ice flower using lunadll. I'm not quite sure how to do this but ask Darkchao.

Not everyone knows how to use LunaDLL. Just sayin'.
I really like your Project so far. I do like your designing style you have made as I can see by the screenshots. Looking forward to it if that Games doesn't require LunaDLL.

I actually know that. In fact, I have tried that once, but lunadll got the best of me, and I lost the first level of my game. I was able to redo it, but I want to not do lunadll as much as possible, hopefully not at all.

I will indeed fix the score. I sadly can't change the bouncing to skating. And I can't change Mario to something that he can't do anything with, and it go away in a few seconds (If so, the rainbow star would be perfectly able to work).

Once again, I'm a bit scared of using lunadll on a long level. I can't change such major problems. Thanks for helping.

I just want to say that LunaDLL is not a requirement for making a SMBX Episode since you can simply do a Game without it. Not everyone knows how to make such a complexity anyway so everything what you are making with SMBX is your choice.

Sorry everyone for such slow progress. I run SMBX on a mac using virtual machines. Parallels Desktop seemed to turn against me. I was able to switch to VMWare Fusion. All is fine now.

I notice that one of the bosses is you. I can't say I'm impressed at a self insert, even in the future world.

Sorry everyone. This game has not been given very much activity, and hardly anyone believes in this project anyway. I am going to have to cancel it. I might open it back up, but it would have to take a lot of more effort.

Aww that's sad to hear actually. It was going well actually with relatively neat concept in it... but now that you cancelled this Project I am gonna have to lock this for now.
If you want this unlocked again, PM me or another mod to finish your request.
