I think you fucked up the head it doesn't look in proportion to the body and it just seems oddly shaped.

Her jaw line is too wide.
And yeah hair is weird. Front hair, that is.
Mouth is in unrealistic place but whatever, it's probably intentionally done so.
And it's not sexy. Show some tits or something.
And that's it with criticism, yo.

Hairline seems a little short, and the jaw is way too wide as previously stated.

EDIT:

Another thing. The face shouldn't be completely round, unless you intend it to be like that for some reason. There should be a short little curve where the cheek connects to the jaw. (Shown in red) Also, the head probably could be a little shorter. (Shown in blue)
