People don't really want to register in over 9000 smbx forums and most of them end up with 6 members and thats it.

I pmd him that i am trying to make him a forum as soon as somone makes a random msn account so then the forum ca be verifyed but NO ONE will

Why can't you make a msn account yourself? Why depend on others to do what you want.
