Send your levels to a famous Let's Player!!

For a few Days ago, I send him a huge SMBX Episode called 'Neuer super Mario World'. Here is a Playlist that I made while I played on: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL ... jUdwb5SgnU

He only plays ONE LEVEL. I don't know if the op made that clear, so here again. Just build a worldmap for your best level and send it to him.

(If you send him an episode not made by you, make sure to credit the creator and don't expect him to play more then one level of it.

I'm going to send him one of the really good levels I made, and see how it goes.
But I might need your help with the german stuff.
I swear, the only two things I know in German are:

And:
Nie ohne kondom. (well, from Link's awakening, German version, of course. I learned that when my german friend played it on a Game boy.)
So, yeah, I need help.
I will be sending him something that I wanted to put into my project, but I cut it out (because It was too hard for a certain world, and I was too lazy to redo the blocks)
I hope he will play it.

Well, submitting a level really doesn't work well.
I mean, there are a hundred people (easy) making shitty levels that take 2 minutes to finish and submitting them onto his website. I don't think he will play one of my levels, even if I submitted a bunch of them. he probably just takes the newest ones.
So, I don't expect for him to be playing my level anytime soon.
Plus, I can't speak German for my life. It takes me forever to get a translator to help me (at least GLuigiX can help )
And even if you tried to use Google Translate, you would end up talking gibberish.
Example:

ENGLISH:
I would like to submit a level on your website!
GERMAN (Google Translate):
Ich würde wollte sich im Inneren der Website anzumelden mein Flugzeug !!
Translation back to English/ What you are reading in German (Proper Translation):
(I would wanted to sign up my plane inside the website!)

And there are only like 4-5 people on this forum (correct me if I'm wrong) that actually know how to speak German.
He probably won't discover SMBX forums until people realize they shouldn't make tons of spam levels for him to play to get popularity.

You can write in English, I'm pretty sure he speaks English lol. But please only English or German, and German only if you speak good German (NO GOOGLE TRANSLATE)

PEOPLE!!! IDK why, but Google Chrome than Google it-self. It has a better way to translate foreign websites to english.
Automaticly Google Chrome should ask you: "Would you like to translate? To your default language setting it is on in Google Chrome Itself. then hit the button called "Translate"

Hello everyone!

I was made aware that my video series actually got posted here on the SMBX forums (and I was already wondering where all the english submissions were coming from ). So I decided to create an account here (though I failed miserably at first and clicked the wrong button, so I had to create another account .____." ... it's really early and gamescom/Cologne is killing me atm).

Basically I wanted to clear something up, as there were some very valid concerns about the project.

Actually, no. I don't
I just use a RNG to pick a random level out of all the levels that were sent to me. That way, everyone basically have the same chance to get their level into the project. Also I planned for the project to be a long-running series, so there're really good chances that your level will be picked sooner or later.
The only times I won't actually upload a level are when it's either really, really, stupid or if the uploaded file is just plain broken.

I also had a viewer asking if I could add english subtitles to the SMBX videos. Even though I'd LOVE to do that, I'm afraid I just don't have the free-time to do so. I guess I could add automatically generated/translated subtitles, but I'm 99% positive that those will be a complete mess.
So, as long as there's no one actually volunteering to create subtitle files for every SMBX video I just won't be able to add English subtitles. Sorry D:

Anyhow, I'm flattered that my video series actually got some recognition on the forums and I'm looking forward to playing some really great levels!

Actually the file limit is at 50MB, basically so there won't be as much stress on my server. Also keep in mind that I only play individual levels, not full episodes. So if you like, you could just extract one of your favourite levels and send it in with an empty auto-start world file

You only play single regular Levels? That's a shame because I send you a SMBX Episode without even much of a notice that I am only allowed to send you a single Level anyway.

Yeah, I see what you mean. The thing is: this project was originally made for my German community, so I explained all the rules in advance, although in German. I never would've guessed that the international SMBX community would actually be interested, so I didn't really prepare an English ruleset (and, well, the project *is* called "Let*s Play Your Level" after all ). As I said before though, a set of a few select levels would be perfectly okay, too.

Hehe, I guess I'm the one to blame for that, I just got really excited to see a German let's player finally play SMBX (and then it had to be YOU!) and a friend of mine had the idea to make a thread about it here. It's a good way to expand the community *cough*shameless advertising*cough* and I guessed you could use some "good" levels

I'll definitely redo the level someday and remove clash and fix some bugs. Maybe it'll be in a future episode. I'm actually surprised by all the positive feedback lol.

I just submitted a level (One from the Community Contests.). Though I actually had to build an actually map for it as if I set the level to auto start, I doesn't do a necessary event that happens when you start the level.

Mmm... Well, It didn't hurt to try.
I don't think I should send more levels though.
I'm not the best at making levels anyway. (matter of fact, I'm not very good at making levels at all.)
Though I would like to see the reactions from people playing my levels.


EDIT: I still can't wait until dekay finds my level!! I changed the graphics to SMB1 to look better.

I would like to submit a level but I don't think any of my previous levels were very good.
And I really do not want to submit my collab levels.
