You don't make many posts in Mafia.

There's nothing wrong with having 350 posts in 1 thread unless the posts are useless. Mafia isn't a ridiculous "exorcise the user above you"-type thread, so the posts aren't useless.

You could make a rule that only forum games that require thought involved (ex. Mafia) could be made. That way, no spammy topics like counting could be made.

While Mafia is technically a forum game, it's not a single-thread-based annoying forum game like this thread is aiming to create.

Yes, they're annoying to me, so I'm not going to implement them.

But your userbase is expressing a desire to have them implemented. It's my understanding that, as a forum staff member, it's your job to listen to the wants of the community. Could you at least run a poll or something? I agree that forum games would be nice, perhaps with rules against spammy games like "count to a million" or whatever.

They inflate the forum's post count incredibly even if you disable the post increment for users.

There is no reason to have them. If you want forum games, there are millions of other forums you can go to.

Those games you suggested look interesting, though. But this thread is about the typical "forum games" forum, which, as I've said, we're never going to implement.
