The game is like skyrim/oblivion with more MMOish quest design. Lots of fetch quests/generic kill x quests. Combat is more comparable to Fable than Elder Scrolls or Dark Souls. Asides from that the world's fun to explore and it's quite large. I enjoyed what I played of it, and there's probably worse things to spend 5$ on. On the other hand, better things will likely go on sale later that are more deserving of money.Magician wrote:Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is 75% off.
I like adventure and action RPGing. I like Skyrim and Oblivion, though I'm not a fan of Fable. For reference, I like Dark Souls more than any of those things, but I am open to new experiences.
Is this game worth temporarily swallowing my hatred of EA for?
ya, I don't even know what I want. I have pretty much everything I want by now from previous sales, so I haven't bought anything yet.Namyrr wrote: The sale's been a piece of shit for me, but it's probably because I already own most of what's on sale.
