As I explained here, levels will require a 100 second level timer enabled through the level properties. I do believe puzzle levels are still possible, but they'll be harder to make than in a typical contest because of this.

is it allowed to include a BIT of lua? like a MINIMUM amount of lunalua?

I'm not sure but it is known that it only prevents the use of Lua or graphics.

Finally, I finished designing my level. Should I wait until next Sunday to send the level download link or what?
