Official Mario Kart 8 Tournament

This Saturday is okay for me. But 9PM GMT to 11PM GMT is 10 PM to 12 AM in my timezone (GMT+1), and that's too late for me because it falls right into my "dinner and watching films" time of evening. Could you have the tournament about three to four hours earlier, please? That way I'd be able to participate.

No offense, but that was probably the worst argument that you could make. I doubt the PST guys will set an alarm at 8AM so that you don't have to break your comfortable-night-tradition for a day.

Well, the TV in my room is also always occupied at that time of the day, and that's the TV my Wii U is connected to, and no chance I could do something about that. Of course I could just have dinner and then come back... but I still wouldn't be able to play...
Yeeees, I know that Wii U games can be played on the Gamepad as well, but that way I'd be forced to use the motion control and I simply prefer the Wii Wheel to play...

You can use both stick and motion controls with the Gamepad. Also, the tournament is this Saturday 1:00-3:00 P.M. PST? Work will most likely prohibit my attendance, but I may just have enough break time to be there!

I had gone into the store twice over the week, but unfortunately they didn't have it stocked. Couldn't be bothered to check other places.
It took me until just earlier to realize I could just freakin' order it online and have it in a matter of a couple of days. So I just did that. If it arrives by the time the games begin, I'll consider that a miracle.
(I'm not anti-digital, I just like to collect the disks whenever possible.)
