Many members cannot really play toghether either on Multiplayer or Battle which is a sad thing we have right there.

Lucky me, I've got many freinds in real life who play with me battle levels. But that only works with a joystick.

I've never been interested in playing battle levels, due to numerous reasons already mentioned.

I don't cause there's no one to play with.

I do occasionally. Although, not very often. Mostly when my cousins are staying over.

No, I don't. If you could play battle stages online, I probably would.

I play battle stages, but not often! I play them with my cousin who comes over once a Blue moon, but there is also the idea that I think I am a pro at SMBX, so, even If I had people to play with, there would be no point since, others are not good enough, I.E. not able to beat a single level of Invasion 2! The only people I play with are so bad at SMBX, they can not even get passed the first enemy or hole in any one SMBX episode! Such as Invasion II!

Also, there is a lack of Battle levels, so it gets old when they will repeat once you do about 5 of them!



Edit: If I can battle any one person in Battle Mode that I know, it would have to be Bossedit8!

I USED to, but I don't anymore. Mainly 'cause my friends would rather do normal levels with me.

The battle levels are fun, i used to do battle, many levels, but i note that they are not very popular and finally. I don't create more.

How the HECK do you play battle levels online?

You can not, the online SMBX is very useless.

I do battle my friends from time to time

Only few times, most of times I keep playing with my friends to others like Mario War. Why?

-Even if in the intro more than 2 characters appears running and jumping, there is no 4 player support, just 2 player, so they are kinda bored matches.
-Lame play due Super Mario Bros X lag in different systems, even a recent purchased i7 with graphic card for games and 8GB fast RAM.

If lag problem is fixed + 4 player multiplayer for battle mode is implemented (at least for fixed camera stages, if it would lag yet more the game), then Super Mario Bros X would be the true king. In the meanwhile it is not.

All the project looks amazing, but these 2 details are IMO the 2 big faults for killer fun!

IF it would support 4+ Player i would recommend it more making it a more kind of online mode because 4 splitted screen on 1 monitor would look awful. Maybe Wohlstand and his guys can do this and make it less lag.

I playing Battle Levels sometimes, but I don't have anybody who wants to play with me, so I playing with 2 players at the same time. Just because those levels looks beautiful.

But, what about screen size stages such as the Mario War ones?

No screen splitting, no lag, and no hard to do or maintain as online game.

Hm that could actuallyl work aswell aslong you can have a nice online support.

well no one I know irl plays smbx so I don't
but if pge as online battle mode then ik I most likely will vs mechdragon sometime. maybe even you (but either way, id lose)

No, because I don't know any SMBX players IRL.
If there is an online multiplayer, I'd play it.
