Natural reaction to too much fear for me

Has anyone seen Oculus? I was actually really interested in seeing it but anything horror tends to make me incredibly paranoid and the last thing I need to be is paranoid about mirrors again, since there's one in my room.

Wonder if this is how the Oculus Rift was made or inspired?(haven't seen it though)

I haven't seen the movie either, but just because something is named "oculus" doesn't mean it served as an inspiration.

I saw that movie, and oh my God it was horrible. Horrible plot, horrible ending, horrible concept, and it horribly makes no sense at all. By far my least favorite horror movie ever.

Child's Play 1, 2 and 6, these were really good, 3, 4 and 5 were a let down though.
Friday the 13th series (including Freddy vs Jason), what horror movies should be like.
Nightmare on Elm Street part 1, the rest didn't live up to the original.
Insidious, why more scary?

There are more, but I cannot remember them all, I am all much in love with horror.

As for me, it's a tie between Sinister (NO, not my crappy failure book, the actual movie), The Conjuring, and Insidious. All of these are really scary and keep you on your toes to know what happens next and what abrupt jumpscare is next.
Sinister and the Conjuring are pretty freaking insane to be honest. I haven't seen Insidious yet, though I do plan on it. I always thought the evil guy from Sinister looked like a cross between Bat-Man and one of the guys from Kiss. I think the part from it that I still cannot watch though is the scene where the family gets chewed up with the lawn mover. That was pretty bad.

Other ones I like are The Amityville Horror (Original), Poltergeist (Original), Annabelle and a few other older movies. I hated Clown, simply because I hate clowns in general, they absolutely scare the fudge out of me, along with dolls. I cannot tell you how much those things creep me out. Ventriloquist dummies, yeah sure, those are cool, but those Victorian sideshow freaks they call "dolls" are just evil.

There's a few good vids on Youtube which I'd recommend with some pretty freaky jumpscares. Some are definitely legit vidoes, and then there's the obvious CGI and puppet fakes of course, but they are worth while despite that fact. One channel to check out would be "The Daily Paranormal" or even "Beyond Science". Or maybe even my upcoming Ghost Hunt channel, once I record enough vids to kick it off.
