Have you made sure to try installing with admin privileges?

admin privileges?
Sorry but what do you mean by that?
It shows me this message whenever I open the installer and I click "Yes":

You have to make sure you hit "Yes" to that.

I never hit "No" to any installation. So is it a problem if I install the game on a different location from the installation?

No.
This error can occur if you have multiple setups running at the same time, or if you simply don't have enough space on your hard drive.

But I don't have multiple setups running at the same time. It always show me this message and I click "Yes" then everything went fine.
And I have enough space:

You keep contradicting yourself. Did everything go fine, or did you get an error message???

I still get error message. But the difference is I changed the location when doing clean install this time. So here I ask again: is changing the location causes the error to appear or not?

I've already answered: no.
But the fact you're asking that question suggests you managed to install it at least once without receiving the error message. Is that the case?

Yes, that one lucky time. But I still can't test levels.

A clean install means you install the engine fresh, to a new location, with no modifications at all (not even adding episodes). Does it work if you do that, or do you have the same issue?
I managed to install it again. I think it was my antivirus. I didn't add anything to it, but I still can't play the game or test levels. It still show me this message:

Try installing the vc_redist.x64.exe file in your SMBX install. It might help.

Does that mean it's installed:

Seems that way. Have you tried the x86 variant?

Is there anything else I can do?
