Hello,i tried to play this episode but SMBX crashes, obviously i've updated SMBX2 to patch 3.
Screenshot:
This is an issue originating from a shader that's incompatible with your graphics card. I'll try to remedy it for 1.0.2, but you might run into similar issues down the road.

Patch 1.0.2 is now released:
Patch for updating an older installation:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L8IAu2 ... sp=sharing
Main download link has been updated to include the patch.
Changelog:
- Fixed an instance in the icicle level where you could die from too much speed accumulation
- Fixed a lua error in the mech boss
- Fixed an oversight in the campsite cutscene where run inputs would falsely be registered
- Fixed an issue in the teleporter level where fighterflies would crash the level when hit with a projectile (yes, really. fighterflies specifically)
- Removed all instances of vector array declarations in shaders (there was only one) to allow the shaders to compile on older graphics cards
Added in 24 minutes 55 seconds:

Latter. If I end up falling in love with a project again, I want it to be one that I can promote beyond this community.

Wow. This looks pretty interesting and the fact you have been working on this since 2017 (2-3 years) means you spent alot of time on this. Good Job.

In the Spinda Takeout thing, I got an achievement for "Get a Super Super Super in Spinda's All You Can Beat!" (Elite Gamer) but I never attempted the "All you can beat" time trials at all. I will take the free achievement, but still. (This was when I got a "SSS" rank in the ice factory level in world 1. (As of version 1.01)

Hah... it looks like the message strings were the wrong way around. Well spotted. Will be fixed in 1.0.3.

I went to do the Oasis Time Trail thing for the first boss to see if "Tea Dye" would work on it. I immediately got a "not enough memory" error and when I exited to the map, it kicked me to "Frosty Encounter" on the world map instead of "Oasis". I also lost my three extra hat points and two time points from the save file and I am now soft locked in the first quarter of the episode with no way of advancing. I ended up getting 98 Magnets and I beat the first level of the "City Outskirts" area. It is annoying to lock off parts of a game after progressing, but this is a rare instance in doing so can cause a soft-lock. I know I still have 1.01, but none of the issue I had was in the 1.02 change-log.

I don't think there's much I can do to address that error. I might be able to prevent the softlock though, hm. How much RAM do you have?
To escape the softlock, try the following:
While the game is closed, go into your save*-ext.dat and find a node called "currentLevel" and set the string to "boy.lvlx". That should get you back to the oasis.

I keep running into invisible enemies on the pipe tunnel level.
I'm also getting this error whenever I die.

This looks like you don't have SMBX2 Beta 4 Patch 3.

That was the first thing I tried. The only way I could fix it was editing line 325 of luna.lua of "Thunder Ally.lvlx" to reverse the if statement by removing the "not". (I undid my changes after beating the level again.) As for Ram, I think I have either 2 or 4 GB. I DO get lag from time to time, but mostly if I try to record or watch a discord screen-share. (Meaning this is the most Stable episode that uses all these new features for my low end PC.)
Thanks for the support.
Having some way to get from Thunder Ally to Oasis (even if one-way) would solve that I believe? A friend suggested using assist mode to get back all 98 of the Magnets I had. Was not about to put up with that and I wanted to finish it legit.

I think the safest way to fix it is by removing any way of returning to cut-off places on the world map (by just not setting the currentLevel flag when going in a super super challenge). I can additionally reshape that if statement to check for whether the earlygame is reconnected, though. Juuuust in case. Glad you managed to find a workaround regardless.
