I would have to decline because you are below the age of 13, you are a pretty active guy so I give you that but I do not want to be involved with people younger than they are supposedly allowed to be here (as far as I know since you are of the age of 10) and I believe it's understandable on my side. I would like you to not take this negatively, there is the potential however that if you show to be mature enough, I can make an exception of course

I did not ban him, Inferno_Guy just kicked him out of the Development Server but he can still rejoin, likewise, he is in the Novaverse Community Server but Cedur has still not decided if he should kick him/ban him. But as I already stated, as long as he behaves mature and is allowed by the mods to be in this forum, I can still keep communication with him through dms or if Cedur decides that he doesn't pose an issue being in the Novaverse Server, we can also communicate through discord. But that's all for the potential future if he does end up being accepted in the partnership program, not present time, that's all I can say.

It doesn't depend on me if he will get banned from the main novaverse server, it depends on Cedur, likewise, I just specified he didn't get banned from the development server, just kicked.

I do not wish stuff to get out of hand and as I already stated, his age currently poses a problem that I do not completely have control over it's outcome. I just know that there is potential in the future for him to join if he proves his maturity, others do not have issues with his age and he is still allowed to be in the forums and additionaly, the main smbx discord server.

there is no decision to take here, nor it's anyone's "job" to take it, this is literally against Discord's ToS, there is no way around it, you can't allow a person under 13 on discord entirely, be it dms or servers.

Well, it's good to see this finally here. I've been enjoying creating scripts for and offering help on novaverse projects, so here's hoping that this helps expand it!

Why should Eri have to accept everyone?
This is a closed group meaning its not public thus they have a right to decide who joins. If you want to push this I will say kids 15 and under are very immature and I would do the same thing in Eri's position.
Most jobs won't hire anyone under 16 and there is a good reason for that.

I would try to be careful with that statement. Not only is it contributing to ageism, but it also pushes away any potential interests for anyone to join the program. Just because someone is at a specific age, doesn't mean it's guaranteed to define their psychology.

Exactly, that's why I said there is a chance for younger people to join, however as I already stated, communication could be tricky if the individual is below 13 years old. I know younger people than me who behave like adults, age imo shouldn't define maturity of an individual because people are different, they have different life experiences and personalities that shape who they are.
