is there anything you cant do
that said what about something like well i dont know if you can make an electric themed power up but the ability to carry and use some sort of powered battery block could be a thing that uses some sort of power up to charge it , could be timed as well like it doesnt keep the charge for long

sounds like something that is already possible using my redstone NPC pack. The torch + timed redblock combo do something very similar to what you described.

An update to wormholes has been released. It is now called holes and includes three NPCs, wormholes, black holes, and white holes!

Editor Settings
- Tags A list of tags for the amped jewel. Two amped jewels will only connect if they share at least one tag. You can have as many tags as you want, just make sure to separate them using commas (ex: tag1, tag2, tag3)
- On Event The number of frames the amped jewel should stay on
- Off Event The number of frames the amped jewel should stay off. Set to 0 and the jewel stays on permanently
Custom Flags
- poweredframes The number of frames used for when the jewel is powered.
- lightningframes The number of frames in npc-930-1.png
- lightningframespeed The framespeed for the lightning

I had no idea I ever wanted Neckys to be in the game, but thank you, I can see so much potential with these guys, combining them with MrDoubleA's Kritters is sure to make DKC levels a lot more authentic.

I posted these not so long ago, and there is already a patch. V1.1 is out that improves the animation of the nut throwing necky. Download link has been updated.

I feel he captured the essence of what a true explosive koopa troopa would be. The SML koopas feel more like bob-ombs that you can't pick up. The one in this pack functions more like koopas from the other games in that they retract into their shell when stomped on and then you can kick said shell.
I find they make for a good sort of "mini-game" where you have to kick the shell just right so that its explosion activates a switch that's otherwise unreachable by the player. Keep up the awesome work.

I have a suggestion for the torches. Rather than checking for a hardcoded list of IDs for NPCs that activate and deactivate them, you should check for the "ishot" / "iscold" NPC properties like was done with the fire and ice blocks.
