There was a minor bug with the stackable NPCs which would force them to be friendly if spawned after the level start. The download link has been updated to fix that, so if you've already downloaded, please do so again.

So doing significative damage to boom boom while hes offscreen throws an attempt to perform arithmetic on nil (health), and then he dies
Added in 36 seconds:
*the error is not thrown while hes offscreen but when he gets onscreen for the first time after recieving that damage*

Curious as to why there isn't a GIF for some of the NPCs. Also, the info file for the Exclamation Block mentions the P-Balloon.

Could you show the actual error?

While my laptop is currently unavailable, you can fix this by just adding 'if not data.state then return end' after 'local data = v.data' in onNPCHarm.

Looking at the stack traceback, this has nothing to do with my NPC pack.

What's the stack traceback?
It’s part of the error message.

Here's the specific error (i think)
Execution ran for 3771.434s (248 ticks), and produced 1 warnings:
0t - Warning: Could not load sound from sounds.ini: sound/birdo-hit.ogg
stack traceback:
main.lua:630: in function 'parseSoundsIni'
main.lua:641: in function 'loadSoundsIni'
main.lua:832: in function <main.lua:779>
[C]: in function '__xpcall'
main.lua:779: in function <main.lua:778>
Added in 2 minutes 11 seconds:
Wait.,I think I accidentally moved the Birdo hit sound. I think i fixed it, but the whole explosion 4 thing isn't the same as the Birdo sound error.

I'd love to see boss bass, porcupuffers and cheep chomps. You could call it The BIG Fish Update

2 of the ones you mentioned literally do the same thing.
The last one behaves a bit differently.

Not quite true, if you compare SMB3 boss bass (eats you) and SMW Porcupuffer (swims on the surface of the water, anchored to the camera like the angry sun)

Oh whoops, worded that wrongly because I read that the cheep chomp also eats you.
Sorry about that I meant the boss bass and cheep chomp and the porcupuffer as third.

Ohh I see, I also made a mistake because I thought Cheep Chomp was more of a relative to the Chain Chomp. Just looked that enemy up again. I'd say the difference there lies within the Boss Bass patrolling the surface and the Cheep Chomp being intended for full underwater areas. SMM2 combines the two, though, so either approach is possible. I suppose the exact implementation would be down to preference.
