Have you made more than just this boss? It feels to clean for this to be your only creation.
Sorry for the really late response, but funnily enough this was from my first SMBX level (though polished up a little and made easier to use).
I made one other NPC mid-boss and mook before it - my first NPCs - for the same stage.
I'll release those at some point.
