Yeah he annoyed me (and his seiyuu too) but I couldn't care about the others too. Oh well I have weird tastes anyways, not only for SnK.
Finally I kept watching Baccano and it's not too bad, not amazing either since it's still so confusing. I'm going to be done soon though, since it's only 16 ep. So I need a new anime fast but I don't know what at all.

I've finished Steins;Gate. It was really fun to watch. I personally prefer everything up to episode 16 over everything which comes after. Especially the ending was easy to foresee.
I think it is, however, my second favourite right now. I'll still have to make a rundown of all pros and cons between Kill la Kill and Steins;Gate to determine that, but there's no way it takes the #1 spot from Attack on Titan.
My friend suggested Akuma no Riddle to me, which I'll be watching next. I'm gonna keep track on new episodes, aswell.
[Edit] Catchy Intro music! Has been a while! I think the last one really just was Attack on Titan's second intro.
I'm 24 episodes into Hajime no Ippo. It's exciting to watch, really. A bit easy to predict, but fun nontheless.

The predictability of Hajime no Ippo is its only flaw, really. You always know who is going to win the battle, always, and even if Ippo is going to lose, you'll be able to predict it easily. There was only one fight in Hajime no Ippo that was actually quite unpredictable, namely the fight of Ippo's two rivals, but I'm not going to spoil you. And no, none of these rivals has made an appearance in episode 24 or before. They have their debut in the episodes around 30-40 if I recall correctly. But yeah, the predictability is a big problem with Hajime no Ippo. It's the same with Inazuma Eleven.
Steins;Gate is really amazing, easily my second favorite. However, I'm kinda wondering how you could predict what happened after episode 16. Okay, the the romance part between Okabe and Kurisu was predictable, maybe even the D-Mail redoing part, but the part with the last D-Mail (how could you predict that in the first episode was a D-Mail), what that one causes, what Okabe's decision is, what the outcome is, and what suddenly happens in the last two episodes was pretty much unpredictable. But considering you could predict Code Geass R2, I'm not sure what would be unpredictable to you. You would probably even be able to predict Clannad After Story's episode 14-22.
You didn't like Steins;Gate's opening? That one is probably in my top 5 favorite openings, and I actually prefer it over both Shingeki no Kyojin openings. But maybe that's because I just love Kanako Ito. Did you know the composer of Steins;Gate's opening and ending was the same composer of some track (including the track that played during the final "cruel" scene)?

1. When I say I enjoyed the first half more and say that the ending was predictable, I fon't classify 16-24 as ending. Only everything after the first third of episode 23.
I didn't catch when they undid the Lotto-6 D-Mail either. Meh.
2. When did I say I predicted it? I only predicted the ending, again, because it fits Lelouch's personality.
3. Only the first 5 seconds are worth listening to. It only goes downhill after that.

With Akuma no Riddle on hold due to there not being any more episodes right now [1 episode added every friday] I started watching Sword Art Online. I'm also about 34 episodes into Hajime No Ippo.
Akuma no Riddle is lots of fun to watch though and I really dig its soundtrack.

Well, that's great guys that we -- well most of us watch a lot of animes, a lot. I'm sure you're going to like Sword Art Online, there will be a sequel of it. As for me, I'm currently watching Date A Live and its sequel, also My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU. There's another beautiful trap I fell for, again. There will be another season of it too.

I'm currently watching DBZ for the first time. I like it so far (I'm at episode 21), despite occasional corny parts. Not too much filler yet, but I hear it's a big problem later on (spending whole episodes powering up, and such). Sadly, I've gotten four spoilers: one that's not too bad, two that are bad and one that's really bad. I hope I don't get more. I even got some by looking for a site to watch them on. Ugh.
Does anyone know a good place to watch it (not the original series, movies, Kai or GT)? DBZ.TV is pretty good, but the start and end of episodes are clipped off.

As for I as I can say for you Firespike, I watched Dragon Ball Z Kai on AnimeWaffles. The movies and GT is also there too. I only watched the original Dragon Ball Z in english dubbed, except for Kai. I only watch the remastered series in english subbed, and I can say I'm really enjoying the Buu Saga. There also a few sites where you can watch the Dragon Ball series, there's the dragonballclub.net, but it's up to you.

Yeah I kinda put SAO on hold for a while because Aoki Hagani no Arpeggio. The first 3 episodes of SAO didn't appeal to me and since AHnA has 12 episodes total and an interesting concept, I decided to shove it in there somewhere.

Any true Kanon fan will recognize where the quote in my signature is from. And yes, I'm rewatching Kanon currently. It's such a great anime. The main character, Yuuichi, probably is going to be one of my favorite characters ever. He's so hilarious.

I'm glad I'm not the only one here who watches Dragon Ball Z. I finished it a few months ago and it was pretty great. I even watched all the movies, which weren't so great. Sorry you got spoiled about a few things. That can be irritating, especially for a series with almost 300 episodes.

Are you watching it dubbed? If so than Anime Freak is an amazing place to watch it. If you’re watching it subbed than I'm not so sure where the best place is...

I watched Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and the movies. I didn't watch GT because the plot sounded, well, I won't spoil it but it didn't sound like something I would want to watch. I might watch Kai sometime, though.

I loved Kanon too. Its definitely one of my favorites. My favorite character is Mai because she has such an interesting personality and her friendship with Sayuri was really great.

Mai is probably in my top 5 favorite feminine characters, and also, in my opinion, the best feminine character from Kanon. I think almost everyone thinks so, at least I don't know any Kanon fan who didn't like her most. But I admit that my favorite arc was the Ayu one. The Mai one was one of the weird cases, where the concept is bad, but it was implemented amazingly. It was just abrupt how *SPOILER* they were fighting against imaginary ghosts *SPOILER*, but it was still cool.

Hey if anyone knows some action-y animes feel free to suggest them to me while I'm forcing myself through the rest of Sword Art Online. I've finished Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio a few hours ago and don't have anything after SAO planned as of now.

@sezixor: UGH. This is giving me a headache. The site you showed me has different voice actors, so I'm guessing it's just a different dub (obviously). It also had music that didn't seem as good, and more blood, like when Piccolo's arm gets blasted off,
and also had repeating episodes. 9 and 10 are the same episode. It has the correct number of episodes for DBZ, but everything happens in a later episode. My head hurts. What are all the dubs for this show, and which one was this show (and the one on DBZ.TV)? I'd try to find out, but the amount of spoilers I've received is steadily increasing, and I really don't need more. I've even gotten spoilers on AnimeFreak because some descriptions say "AFTER (character) KILLED (villain 1) AND (villain 2) HE..."
I've counted nine so far. How bad are these? (Don't open or quote if you haven't watched the series.)
Vegeta becomes a good guy
Vegeta dies
Vegeta has a son
Cell absorbs Android 18
Gohan kills Cell
Freiza and Buu die
Piccolo has a son who dies
Someone kills their master or creator or something
Gohan dies and is brought back

Sorry that you are having so much trouble watching it. I hadno idea that there were different voice actors (assuming you were watching it dubbed the whole time).
Firespike33 wrote:It also had music that didn't seem as good, and more blood, like when Piccolo's arm gets blasted off,
Wait, what? So are you saying that in the version you watched, it wasn't as bloddy when his arm got blown off, but it was when you watched it in anime freak, and the music was different? The two versions you watched sound a lot different from each other. Could it be possible that one of the versions you watched is Dragon Ball Kai? Because it is a remake of DBZ with better animation and everything like that. Otherwise I have no idea why the versions you watched are different from each other. They should be the same, aside from the fact that they have different dub voice actors, as that can be the case for several things.

This is also strange, as I do not remember there being repeated episodes. I just looked for myself, and that wasn't the case for me. Episodes 9 and 10 were different on my end. I always thought there was one dub, but apparently there isn't. And you got spoiled on Anime Freak? Where? How? The only description I see is the one with the DBZ cover, but I don't see any place where they talk about what happens in specific episodes...

Where did read those spoilers from, cause yeah, some of those are really bad. But one of those spoilers is not true, I'll give you that.

Yeah, I'll admit that the whole Imaginary ghost concept was rather odd, especially considering that the ghosts were able to do real-life things. The Ayu arc was definitely great, my favorite was the Shiori arc, as I took it the most personally.

I got one from playing a game with DBZ references, some from descriptions of movies and episodes I ran into while searching for the show, and the rest from forum topics relating to the series (don't even tell me how much of an idiot I am for doing this). I'm taking a break from the show for year or so because the large amount of spoilers I've received is depressing, and I can't bring myself to watch it anymore. I could forget some of them after a year or so, but sadly, that isn't likely.
Also, I was not watching Kai, because all the filler was there. The version I was watching had censored blood and later removed references to death (replacing them with "sent into another dimension" and similar).
EDIT: I got EVEN MORE SPOILERS. Yay.
EDIT 2: AAAND MORE SPOOOILEEERS! I've gotten so many that I'm starting to forget what they are.

That's because of many younger viewers who love Dragon Ball Z, they especially love Goku. They made the series a bit more suitable for the younger viewers. Though the japanese version apparently has more blood than the english version of Dragon Ball Z Kai, but I should point out the english version does have bad words though which I didn't heard that often in the original series, in english dub of course. It doesn't seem to have changed in the Buu Saga, Videl spilled a lot of blood against Spopovich, though I have never seen Goku's filler story with Pikkon and he doesn't appear in the Buu Saga of Dragon Ball Z Kai.
