Oh, it seems I nominated the wrong graphics. But the graphics pack I want to nominate has broken screenshots as well. So is that disqualified already?

Not necessarely. Send it and I'll see if I can fix the screenshots. If all else fails I can edit new ones into the post. If it's a recent one you might also just ask the OP to fix them.

I'm aware and I wouldn't count that as it only appeared once in 2015 on the top of the forums. It's neither on the current Worlds page nor on the old Worlds page.

I plan to eventually update the front page with all past featured episodes, so any episode that has been featured before is out of the question. That being said, since it's not on the old page either, and those are the only resources I have to go off on regarding past featured content, Airship Attack is free to be nominated.
