The Cape Feather power up looks great, I might use it for a custom level.

Thank you! But after considering what Enjl said, I have to admit the powerup does lack a lot of features.

I tried to open the folder but I got an error saying:

What extracting software are you using? You can also try extracting it online and download it as a .zip file

Well every RAR files work exept for that one.
Sometimes I'll have that issue as well, though using an online extractor will sometimes be able to make it work. Also just try redownloading the file if necessary

This is awesome! Honestly surprised this isn't in default SMBX. You know what I wanna see someone make (maybe even learn to use LunaLua one day just out of how awesome it would be) would be a collectible version of the creamy white Super Mario Galaxy luma that gives you a spin ability. People have made spin abilities in the past but, they aren't 2.0 compatible (not LumaLua based either I think) and not in the form of a power-up which I think would be better. Maybe you can tell Mario has the luma because it's following him, might be far fetched. Maybe a small luma is following his sprite. Tell me if you know of any tutorials that could help me make this a thing.

2.0 can't have new power up's yet but maybe Rednexala will change that after Beta4.....and this cape power up I think they all agreed still needed some work done to it.

I don't know if that's true... Tempest's boomerang replacer works fine for me.
