He's not saying you are banned, he's saying what you posted is the sort that would make a user get banned, although imo he's overreacting, especially considering you're new to the forum and thus aren't expected to fully know the rules. Have you read the forum rules yet? If not, I highly suggest you read them so you know what you're allowed to do and what you're not. They're at the top of the General page.

I had drop box permanently lock all of my links after storing pirated content. Completely my fault, but it's still a possibility.
