Being slow is a fine thing
I don't know about you, but I have something called a "life", and its hard to balance out projects, friends, school, and etc
Do not worry if things are taking a slower pace, we will always respect and understand you

It's true, looking through the old pictures on your old project and now these, there is a huge difference that I find absolutely astounding that someone can change and become better like that in such a very short time.

Yeah, i'll probably go back to the original after finishing this. The original will need a major revamp though, so maybe it will be some sort of "the lost levels" thing?

There could be a world exclusive for levels of the previous game, I guess?

Possibly! But that won't be until i have 100% finished this episode (so no cancelling this time!).
Also i do need to make updates more regular - however what i tend to do is make 1 level at a time rather than do little bits of lots of levels. Otherwise it won't be very smooth, you know?

I know. One time, I started an episode (I wasn't on the forums yet), and I did the levels, bit by bit. So you have an idea: I only finished the 1st level when I was planning, like, the 20th.
It got cancelled.
I lost all my files because my computer crashed.
I am SO grateful. That episode was trash-worthy...

Mountain-Castle is still fine. World theme progression is a great idea. My episode will feature day time changes. From Morning to Noon to Afternoon to Night. I'll be making...

Not bad, but that retro Dry Bones and retro coins should definitely be changed...

I was thinking the same thing, but the problem is i'm not sure how to make the frames for them look smooth?
Btw if anyone has any of the following NPC's in NSMB style that would be useful:
SMW / SMB3 Gold Coins / Red Coins
SMW Dry Bones
SMW Maverick Thwomp / Normal Thwomp
Checkpoint Flag
Powerups?
If anyone has or knows where these are, that would be really helpful, if not i'll have to see what i can do...

The Demo for world 1 will be released over the weekend (I just need to finish testing all 7 levels with toad, peach and luigi)! So keep an eye out for it!

Not starman, power stars (NPC 196);
You need to collect these to unlock new levels and worlds in the game.
Also the demo is most likely coming tomorrow. I have tested the levels and can confirm that the only playable characters will be Mario and Luigi. Perhaps i will make the other characters playable, for like a post-game challenge?
