Also, what did y'all think of the sound cutting out at the one part? I thought it had a great memorable effect and showed quite the creativity and risk taking since some people in the theatre were very confused and I absolutely love that

You mean that one REALLY COOL visual close to the end of the movie? I figured it was a "there's no sound in space" thing and either way I thought silence was the perfect complement to it.

That doesn't make sense in the context of the Star Wars universe, considering how in every other space fight many noises could be heard. It was still a cool scene though.

Yes, sure every other Star Wars has abandoned physics because it makes so much more sense in the context of a movie but this perspective is creative and well-done

I really meant that more abstractly than it may have come out, but yeah, one thing I suppose people have to accept is that Star Wars is more about doing whatever looks/feels cool than coherence and consistency. At the very least, that now seems to be the case. It's not something I mind very much; I went into this movie choosing not to have high expectations and to have fun.
