I may have to remove the moving blocks though, because they aren't working properly (they go into the wall). Was a nice idea, but i think i could do better.

That section looks kinda empty, it should have more coins/npcs

I actually changed that whole area, forgot to update the screenshot. Will do that now!
EDIT: Updated Tower screenshot. It's filled with water and is an autoscroll (up), so if it is bare then it's because i don't want it too complicated.

New Screenshot:
This level uses Emral's Thwomp Ruins pack, and if it looks bare it's because the level isn't finished.

The purple water doesn't look good, it even seems to rise forever in this stage!

ooh! now we have poisonous water from NSMBW, now this is gonna be interesting, and also, make them stop at a point, then make them go down again

The first area of that level has poisoned water that goes up and down, the second has a layer of moving poison water that gets faster when you hit the switches (they need to be pressed to progress). Tbh i'm aiming for the whole of World 4 (the jungle world) to feel similar to Soda Jungle from NSMBU - so that the player has to find a secret exit in the levels to progress, otherwise they just open a path that goes back to the previous level.

This Project is still being worked on. However, I would like to try and make another project at the same time using better graphics from SMB2, and I want to create a HUB world for that too. I will call it "Mario's Kingdom Adventure 2: Search for the Stars", because I want each level in that game to have 3 Stars to collect (like SMSE).
I am already on World 4 of this project, if anyone is interested in me making a SMB2 Episode with Stars and a Hub world, then I will do that too!

i would stick with this for now, and wait until you get some level reviews, then if they are good, i would then start a new project, love the idea though.
this project is awesome looking at the moment, and i can't wait to see it in the full release

Yeah, that is a good idea. I may upload some individual levels however, as the full release is still a ways off.
Anyway:

It doesn't look like much, but it's not finished. It's an autoscroller with custom graphics of the King Bill made by Squishy Rex.

All those graphics are based on NSMB games, except the coins and ? blocks.
