is it me? or does the spider look a bit like the ones from Micky's World of Illusions? *please correct me if im wrong, i thought i reconized it as i just played World of Illusions

Nah, its from Super Mario 64 and the hanging one is from Super Mario Land.

Nah, its from Super Mario 64 and the hanging one is from Super Mario Land.

Time for an update!
It's been a while, but I bring you new screenshots, as well as some updated ones based on the feedback I got.
First, the new ones.

i will admit with others, if you use different backgrounds that wont clash, it would look better, but hey, everything else looks nice.
once a download link becomes available, i will surely download this and try it.

BTW I think the project should be called "Unknown Localization"

The map needs improvement, the over-use of trees and mushrooms make it look like a messy continent. The trees don't fit in with the style of the overworld at all and there is some random bits of minor cutoff, it's looks nice but it needs to improve.

Thanks for the feedback, I think it will be very helpful to my map, but when learning to use new graphics for a custom world map is there anyway to learn about how to use them efficiently, the graphics are a lot different to the default world map graphics.

In the mountain screenshot, there's a clash between 16 bits and 32 bits... not to mention that snowy sizable...

The world map is beyond clashing with those trees
just stick with the custom gfx you used no smw trees

Not bad! but now the background doesn't fit with the level :/ maybe you can use the previous one

A small announcement on my current project
Hello everyone who has shown an interest in my project. Thank you all so much, even if it was just a comment or small suggestion or criticism, I appreciate every single piece of feedback.
I haven't been making much progress and posting updates/progress on my project, because I have decided to put it on hiatus for a bit. This is because of other things going on in my life right now, and I haven't had the time to really make much progress on it so far. You may have already noticed, but I have come up with what I think is a suitable name, partly inspired by TheKidCodee's idea for a name. It may not make sense now, but you'll find out the reasoning behind the naming soon enough. I'll notify you all when I make some decent progress, and with that, thank you all for your support and your help.
