This is very good! But i think it will not fit with some levels, because of their graphics.

I think that Yoshi's Island sprites tend to have a lot more personality and animation to them, in such a way that can't be captured by mario's basic sprite layout. There's not much you can do regarding animation to make mario better, but I think that if you took off from where SMW left off (SMW has a lot of personality to mario) then you'd have something closer to a Yoshi's Island styled mario.

Those 2x2 pixels though. 10/10.
2x2?
The proof that you made a 2x2 sprite sheet: show
EDIT: Also, I didn't steal your sprite. I'm just telling you the proof.

Now I understand what you were talking about =I
I just couldn't see it because it was too small, so I resized it .

Hello everybody, im back! I'm trying to do a recolor of SMB1 from the arcade game, 1943-The Battle of Midway (and from 1943 Kai)
(Original Graphics belong to Redigit) (The Palette belongs to Capcom)

I figured it was about time for me to draw a decent cave tileset to replace the piece of shit currently present in my graphics pack. It turned out to be more of a crystal mine than a generic cave but I think it looks alright.
Critisism pls.

Eyy, that's pretty good! I prefer the version where the rocks use a black outline rather than a grey one.

Here is the new tileset I've been working on:
I don't really have much to say about it TBH. I'm a little on the fence on how the left side looks in comparison to the rest of the set, but I think it could work out fine. I'm definitely going to be adding in slopes before I port this into SMBX, but I'm also considering adding in some eyecandy gems to put into the ground for some extra decoration.

You must have been practicing the YI style.

I think it would look better if they were a bit brighter to match their offical color more:

I wanted to take a crack at the whole "sweet land" tileset theme.
The graphics at the top are ends without the pink frosting-ish ground. I was hoping to get your guy's opinion on which one you prefer, the straight one or the jagged one.
