Seriously. This is ridiculous.
There's nothing wrong with a little eye candy every now and then.
There is a problem when it's in nearly everything you come by. Anime, video games, and even real life shows do it so much that it's annoying.

A Cliche about Princess getting capture by a Turtle-like dinosaur EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
Yes,that's what Mario's adventure story is always about (not really maybe around 95% of all the games)

I hate cliches on Quebecers, like ``they live in winter everytime``, ``maple syrup``, ``igloos`` or ``everyone are like timbermens``. I am Quebecker, so I felt insulted each single time I am seeing one of thèses, and most of the time, they came from ignorant French or American people. Another cliche I hate is when good guys are in white, and baddies in black.

when one character is good but then turns out to be evil, and the overused "damsel in distress" thing, AKA every Mario game ever.

Impossible battles.
Seriously, why even have those? I want to win upcoming battles, not get blasted by an OHKO energy sphere from a Shroob UFO or get my entire party one-shotted by a robot's regular attack!

When 2 characters in a show are about to have a romantic moment, but then somebody slams the door open and takes one of them away for no good reason (coughcoughRiverdalecoughcough)

Laugh tracks. They seem narcissist. The laugh tracks sometimes laugh at stuff that are not funny. Everybody has a different sense of humor so sitcoms would be better without laugh tracks.

these sitcoms are pure stultification material anyway, so this also explains the laugh tracks ...

that one episode where everyone except the main character seems to suffer from brain damage and do mind-numbingly stupid things for the sake of plot.
I swear every show has one

If the laughing tracks aren't provoking enough, I just despise every story that basically goes like this:
1. The main character is happy being the one and the only one, but is (obviously) with friends or family.
2. New character comes in and gets all of the attention.
3. The protagonist tries to get rid of and/or blackmail the strange individual and gets punished because of his actions.
4. They try to work together to achieve their mission and the other one leaves.
5. For some reason they want to be together because the connection they had after the hate should've been that instead.
This story always annoys me, one of the only times it was executed truly well was in Toy Story.
It used to be something, but when it became an idea that it should be overused in the 2000's, it started to annoy me.
If you've seen The Boss Baby, you should know what I'm talking about.

Here's a little Cliche that kinda annoys me sometimes:
When a anime series just throw in some random filler episodes in between turning points of the series!*
*I'm looking at you, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, etc.
